Serv-Pro responded so quickly to a call for assistance to address a leak in our vacation home! They went to work immediately removing damaged drywall, etc. and cleaning some mold off the walls. Kevin was so responsive to texts and phone calls and so easy to work with! Believe me, I contacted him frequently! He also scheduled contractors to fix drywall and paint, to replace damaged doors, and then had people to clean everything up when the work was finished. I met some of his people and they were so nice and helpful. Kevin and all the people that work with him gave us confidence in the work being done and also that our belongings (which the various workers had to move around to do the work) were in good hands! We're very appreciative!

We had a problem with soot from a gas log fireplace. SERVPRO of Mount. Pleasant came in and removed the soot from my walls and ceilings in very short order. As most know, when storms come, we have a list of clients in need of help. We took the time to put all our previous storm customers on the list ahead of the storm. Ms. Ginny Bush, stated "You’re very kind to even put us on your list after the last insurance fiasco!   We have a different carrier now——so with any luck, any future problem will be handled by a different claims adjustment company."

Last year, Ms. Bush, had some insurance discrepancies. We guided her through the issues. It took sometime, but she was reimbursed for her claim.

My neighbor checked on my house and noticed the ceiling about to come down and water all in my den. They called SERPVRO and they were there within thirty minutes. Everything was taken care of before I returned from vacation.

I had an electrical fire in my laundry room filling my house full of smoke. I called SERVPRO of Downtown Charleston/Mt Pleasant and they were on site right away. They were very helpful in getting cleaning process started. I had some antique items that I was worried about but SERVPRO was able to save them.

The crew was great in easing my concerns about everything, and as the process went on I felt more confident that all my items and home were in great hands.

I work for a local property management company. I came to work the other day to find five businesses flooded from a busted pipe. I immediately called SERVPRO. Their Technicians were onsite immediately. They were very prompt and polite, and had the property dry within days. I could not have asked for better service.

Called SERVPRO on a Thurs evening and they were at my rental property within an hour. I had standing water in the kitchen, den and dining room from a buster ice maker line.

SERVPRO stayed all night until they had all the water removed and placed all their equipment.

My Property Manager had called SERVPRO in because we live out of town. A water line on the second floor burst and flooded my entire first floor. I had hardwood floors through out the first floor. My main concern was if they were going to be able to save them. The floors were cupped pretty badly in some areas.

It took two weeks, but SERVPRO was able to save all my floors!

I'm a Realtor managing a bank owned property. The property was full of mold from top to bottom. SERVPRO was able to work with the bank and come to an agreed upon scope, which can be difficult with banks.

Their price was fair and the bank choose SERVPRO to do the work. They removed the mold quickly and we were able to get the property sold.
